Welcome to MeetLab. By accessing or using our meeting platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use MeetLab. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Account Responsibilities
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using the Service for unlawful or harmful activities
- Disrupting or interfering with meetings or other users
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Uploading malicious code or harmful content
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
4. User Content
You may share messages, files, audio, video, and other content (“User Content”) during meetings. You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant MeetLab the limited rights necessary to operate the Service.
You agree that you are responsible for all User Content you submit and that it complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
5. Meeting Recordings
Recording features may be available within MeetLab. If you choose to record a meeting, you are responsible for obtaining consent from all participants, as required by applicable law. MeetLab does not record meetings unless explicitly initiated by the host.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property related to MeetLab remain the property of the platform owners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform in any way. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Third-Party Services
MeetLab may integrate with third-party tools (such as cloud storage or authentication providers). Your use of those tools is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or reliability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeetLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in features or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
